Comprehensive Outpatient Trauma Treatment at ProgramMatek
At ProgramMatek, we offer the Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP), which is known for being one of the most comprehensive trauma treatment programs available. Unlike crisis management-focused programs found in hospitals, our PTSD PHP focuses on long-term healing. Our goal is not only to decrease the intensity of PTSD symptoms but also to reduce sensitivity to trauma-related cues.
Holistic Approach to PTSD Help
At ProgramMatek, our approach to trauma treatment goes beyond managing current symptoms. We take definitive steps to prevent future escalation and provide trauma resolution. Our objective is to help our patients achieve complete remission of their Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder through a combination of medical care, intensive psychotherapy, and ample support and one-on-one attention. Additionally, effective trauma treatment may require addressing other contributing issues such as depression, substance abuse, anxiety, and disordered eating patterns. Rest assured, our team at ProgramMatek is well-prepared to address any combination of co-occurring disorders that are often intertwined with Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder.
Individualized Treatment Plans for Long-Term Success
The success of our Post Traumatic Stress Disorder Partial Hospitalization Program lies in our ability to provide individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs. This personalized approach has resulted in extraordinary success, even for those who have previously failed to respond to other trauma treatment methods. In our trauma treatment program, clients receive a combination of individual process therapy, which may include Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) or Prolonged Exposure Therapy (PET), as well as individual behavior and skills-based therapy such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). Moreover, our clients benefit from a customized treatment schedule that includes group therapy relevant to their specific needs, attentive psychiatric care, physical fitness activities, and various holistic services like massage, acupuncture, and vitamin therapy.

The higher intensity and longer duration of our programs are specifically designed to ensure the completion of trauma resolution work during the course of treatment. Clients who graduate from our PHP trauma treatment can choose to continue seeing their primary therapist and doctor to maintain continuity of care. Many of our long-term clients also continue to visit our center, providing a positive influence within our client community.
