ProgramMatek Outpatient Program: Providing Effective Care for Adolescents

We understand the challenges faced by adolescents dealing with psychological, emotional, or behavioral issues in various areas of their lives. At ProgramMatek, our outpatient programs offer evidence-based interventions to ensure stability and prevent the need for inpatient hospitalization. Our goal is to support adolescents in transitioning back home following a hospital stay. With our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP), we provide the highest level of outpatient care, including increased physician visits, four therapy groups per day, and family therapy sessions to aid in the recovery progress. As patients improve, they can transition to our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP). This program involves three therapy groups per day and focuses on applying newly acquired skills to reintegrate into the community effectively.
